Our U6 and U8 end of year banquet will be held on Monday, April 3rd 2023 at Grand Gardens North at 6:00 pm. Doors open at 5:30. Anyone wishing to attend MUST complete the online form below so we can accurately determine how many people will be in attendance and have a list of names of those attending. Tickets are $20 for Adults and $15 for children10 and under. Players and coaches are FREE. At the end of the form you will be asked to submit payment using visa or mastercard. Coaches must choose the appropriate option in the Payment Section but will not be charged. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please send us an email at [email protected] so that we can make alternative arrangements. You do not have to submit a payment option if you are a coach and you are the only parent attending. If you are a parent who sponsors a team you are entitled to two free tickets. It will be necessary to choose the appropriate option in the payment section but you will not be charged. The menu will consist of soup, penne, meatballs, salad, bread, pop and dessert. Award presentations will be held following dinner. U6's will be receive a trophy and U8's will receive a participation medal. Please Note: You will not need a physical ticket to get in. You will just check in at the door upon arrival.
